Very confused...new to filament I've calibrated the E-steps and made sure that the X and Y axis are correct(IE. When moving X 100mm it does go 100mm), however the dimensions are all off. Z = 13.75, X = 15.00, Y = 15.00

Am I too close or too far? CR10V3 been trying to level the bed for the longest time. My bed is clean, using blt, my raft won’t stick as the first layer, it just keeps curling up? Thanks in advance.
