Pretty smooth way to hand the ball off to the ref. đź’¦

AgentOfSPYRAL

“Sick bounce. 10 yards added to the end of play. 1st down.”

shredder_138

What’s underrated about it?

MattRice15

The ball landed in the refs hands

MexusRex

“Landed in the refs hands”??? As if the ref didn’t make an all star catch there. In my day they used stickum. Now they’ve got those gloves!

JshBrick

I swear this is a John madden quote from like madden 2001 or something.

MexusRex

>!it is!<

SatisfactionParty641

I read this and heard his voice in my head. Deep cut reference there lol

DanHam117

It’s right there in the back of my brain next to the PS1 startup noise

full_bl33d

He looks over at the sideline to wink at the ravenettes.

yrulaughing

Oh shit, thanks for pointing that out

finfan96

Through the legs no-look bounce pass to the ref

AssStuffing

Reddit doesn’t know what underrated actually means

hairysonorth

The way this is cut makes it seem like the ref is looking at the other ref going “you see that shit” at the end

PoorlyLitKiwi2

He probably was. That's what I'd do

KonThePharaoh

One of those moments where you couldn't do it again if you tried.

BigFatModeraterFupa

lamar definitely can

ForThaCause

It was Bateman but I also didn’t realize he switched numbers until watching the All-22

dusters

That second juke lost him yards

TLRsBurnerAccount

Why people down voted you is beyond me. He broke free between the two defenders and was going full sprint

[deleted]

You guys are really underestimating the defenders momentum heading towards him. I think he made the right move. Defender hasn’t broken stride while the receiver is two steps into accelerating from a nearly complete stop. No way he gets past him.

billabongcunt

Agreed

TLRsBurnerAccount

We were saying he gets further, not gets past

[deleted]

My fault on that one.

Fire_Lake

0% chance he doesn't make it past the 40

Jameszhang73

I bet that ref was thinking about flagging him but got the ball back so fast and smoothly that he had no choice but to go with it

gigglefarting

New long snapper

BallmerPeakGaming

Ya that was pretty badass

SpinkSpankSpunk69

This right here is why I subscribed to this sub

turnshavetabled

He only got like 1 yard from it

Pat_Foleys_Dad

They’re referencing the ball bouncing to the ref

jskylok

Great play! They must’ve won with a play like that!

ReaganRebellion

I thought this is unsportsmanlike conduct

ForThaCause

It’s unsportsmanlike conduct IF it isn’t a perfect pass

Randomkrazy04

I thought spiking the ball (if not a TD) was a delay of game? I’ve seen teams get penalized for it.

rethinkingat59

That was a bounce pass.

billabongcunt

Finesse

UrinateOnPlaygrounds

Deebos 50 yard run was more impressive and still underrated

alitayy

You think this is more common than a 50-yard run?

UrinateOnPlaygrounds

Where did you deduce that statement from my comment?

heartbrooksbrain

Yet another instance of the receiver making the quarterback look good.
