Good suggestion as long as it's not the synthetic caffeine, and it should be consumed slowly during the workout to avoid a crash during or after the workout.
Gelatin capsules dissolve gradually on their own I think. That said I sometimes like to open the capsule and drink the powder as I feel like it gives me a better hit
You'll be fine. The reason you don't see anyone make such a product is because of the cost. There actually some with these amounts. But it says you have to take two scoops. Which would lower the servings per container.
I have been adding beet root powder to my mix. I'm like you you and want the maximum dose for each ingredient. It's a vasodialator like L citrulline.
Cut off that caffeine..you will need to keep on increasing the dosage to feel the same level of stimulation. You already had all the crazy things that boosts you up.
I’m looking at my gorilla mode nitric and it contains basically the same stuff (+ more) except beta alanine and caffeine. (I’m assuming Glycerol Powder and Glycerol Monostearate do the same thing)
There is a lot of good science on caffeine increasing weight lifting performance. Taking it at 4am would be ridiculous though because sleep is more important than any supplement.
I actually usually don’t put caffeine in it since i workout at night. But my friends prefer having a bit. This seemed like a good compromise.
Thanks for the feedback man, i really appreciate it.
I mean everyone is affected by caffeine differently. 100mg is a good dose, 200mg may cause issues especially if one is already drinking 2 coffees/caffeinated drinks a day
You're not wrong. I use 300mg before workouts, I don't see a point in drinking caffeinated drinks when I'm not working out since it just makes me less sensitive to it when I need it the most.
200mg of caffeine is all you need

You need only 4-6 g of l citrulline.. don't need more than that in one single take.
An effective dose is 6 to 10 grams. It's not going to hurt youif you take more.
I never said it could hurt.. an effective dose can be from as low as 2g.. 6 g is really a sweet spot..as there are studies at that dosage..

Cool! Do you get these all from someplace like bulksupplements, if I may ask?
That’s where I did! Love making my own PWO.
looks tight, i’d buy it. you could use that daily for years no problem

Oh shit, thats very very close. In fact i might steal some pointers from them. 3g of malic acid would give me hella heartbarn.
Ditch the caffeine. Caffeine is a meme and does nothing for performance unless you workout at 4am.

Not if that’s when you have time to workout and you go to bed at 7pm
You got all the good basic ingredients and in optimal doses (besides the low caffeine dose). Looks very good, I've made similar PWOs myself.
