PC players, What sensitivity do you guys use?
By - Y0UKA1
For any shooter game, you want a lower sens. Most people will recommend 800 dpi, 5 sens. Lower sens will give you better aim over time. It will take a while to get use to, but it is better for you and your wrist in the long run.
thats too low for me, cant aim with that sens.
Try to get use to it. The sooner you start the better it will be. Most top pvp players play with lower sensitivity. I started by playing on 2000 dpi and 15 sens and worked my way down.
No, why would I want to change? I’m comfortable with my current sens
2 reasons. The first reason is that it is terrible for your wrist to have a high sens that you only move your wrist to turn. You can do research on this if you dont believe me. The second reason is that your aim will be more accurate once you get use to it, and it will transfer easier into other games.
You literally asked a question about people sensitivities, then when he recommended one, and backed it up, you dismissed it wholeheartedly. What was the point in even asking them?
But....but....I didn’t ask for advise tho? I’m just curious what you guys use, that’s it.
But unless you want advice, what is the point of the post?
you know what...lets not make this an argue, ill take as an advise.
I run 400dpi and 16 sens.
How to calculate sens? Because there is ads and look sensitivity
Ads sens mod is 10
10 means it’s equal to your non ads sens. Lower then 10 and your ads will start being a lower dpi then your non ads. I have incredibly bad jitters when I get heart rate spikes while playing pvp and shit so my ads stays lower then my hip fire so my jitters have less impact on my aim. It also helps that my entire desk top is a mouse pad to compensate for low dpi.
800 DPI, 3 sens. Matches exactly with my preferred OW/CS/Apex sensitivity.
I use RawAccel, with a custom NaturalGain, and 1600 DPI. I believe my in-game sensitivity is 10, with ADS also at 10.
I run 1600 DPI and 5 look sensitivity. However, I'm way above what you should be running, I recommend going lower, but not CSGO level lower. PattyCakes made a video with Cerridius about the topic, TLDR whatever works for you is best. I can get 50 kill games and do well in Trials with my high sens, so really any sens that's best for you is the right sens.
800 on 9
