Your nozzle is too high. If you're using a bltouch you have to set the z-offset properly, otherwise it will not matter how good you level the bed, the printer will always start too far from the bed.
Theres a number of things that could be the issue. For z distance You are too far from the nozzle. Need to get in that sweet spot, Not to far which can cause gaps or the extrusion not even reaching the bed and not to close which can cause lumps on the first layer. You want it to be the right amount of squish. I just hopped in my slicer software and fiddled with my z offset till I got it just right. Bed adhesion is another you could try, hairspray, glue stick, masking tape (for me masking tape has really helped me for bed adhesion) but can vary on what printer you have. But I think the main problem here is nozzle too far from the bed
Closer to the bed(the nozzle should have a slight bit of friction with a piece of paper underneath) and maybe increase the bed temperature. Do 70° for the first couple of prints then maybe back down to 60°
Late to seeing this but this looks like the creality glass bed. Try printing on the other side of the glass, the non-textured side. Make sure it’s clean too.
Edit; I had the same issue with adhesion and flipped the glass over and it’s been working ever since.
Yep, definitely needs to be closer.

Probably too far. You could also try using some gluestick or hairspray.
Rafts are hard to adhere as try are, try using a brim

I think the file is corrupt! And go closer to the bed
Fiel is alr nothing to worry about
The lines that are far apart is that support?
Too far Bro, step length needs to be 0.5

Too far
Same result after moving the bed closer
Have you tried to use hairspray or glue to get bed to hold better? I have the pei spring bed and still have to hit it every once in awhile
