If I want to use APT, I get out my laptop. However, I am trying to travel lighter and use my iPad and phone more.... We know the iPad Pro has the horsepower, let us use it.

interiumray

1000% agree. ATP is also a extremely clunky to use. Unless they’ve changed it since the last time I’ve been on it, it’s not better than the actual site

DrRiAdGeOrN

Please allow 2 or 3 charts at a time on the iPad is the real thing I need and how the updates to current values work... * The Advanced Chart is nice, but click of death is occurring if you're going between stocks * auto update the advanced chart every 60 seconds as an option(live would be nice) * show me the closing price and the pre/after hours price automatically if I choose it, currently have to refresh advance graph to get it. * Beta Mode, Landscape not working on iPad when you enter a stock in the search * No advanced data such as SMA or other chart info Ultimately this is a data driven app and ensure we are able to access the data.... Current work flow is to follow on my iPad a Yahoo Financial Portfolio with an updated watchlist of items OR I remote to a desktop via VPN at home and use ATP with multiple tickers showing on a screen....and iPhone for transactions

Fidelity should just hire whoever RH used to build the interface. Slick UI and no corruption? They could capture the entire market in a month.

Wooden-Hovercraft505

THIS IS THE WAY… 🎯🔥🤞🏾

scubasme

I hate Robinhoods interface. Webull is much better

GrizzlyMagnum91

That’s fair. Webull’s interface is nice too. They also use apex clearing, which is one of the clearing companies responsible for shutting off buying of momentum stocks in January. Fidelity is still clunky but looks like they are trying to improve based on the beta.

scubasme

Ya. I use webull specifically for charts I love their interface all my accounts are in fidelity though.

GrizzlyMagnum91

Same. My point is I want fidelity to keep improving. Nobody is asking for confetti as the gentleman above seems to believe I am suggesting. Active trader pro is closer to what I’d preferso I’m hopeful they will keep refining the technology.

Hans-Diamond

People have made the word gamification synonymous with "absolutely any UX aspect of robinhood." It's wild. The gamification aspect of RH in question is matching deposits & free stock referrals (like gambling sites), stock recommendations and predatory push notifications. I don't see anyone asking for such additions on Fidelity. If we keep pushing, I believe they'll make the right changes.

GrizzlyMagnum91

Absolutely!!

swerve408

Or you can learn not to be subjected to oversimplification and gamification. Would benefit you in the long run

GrizzlyMagnum91

Might benefit you to not be rude to strangers, in the long run.

ChiefSlappaHoe815

They gave you solid advice. There’s no crying in the stock market

GrizzlyMagnum91

Yet here you are.

ChiefSlappaHoe815

Yes, here I am. Your point?

Hans-Diamond

I wouldn't call wanting to see the live value of my multi thousand dollar assets in premarket and AH all in one dashboard, "over simplification." Or seeing the overall gain/loss on an asset after it moves from one account to another, "gamification."

swerve408

Multi thousand? Save some for the rest of us

Hans-Diamond

Oh you got millions in each asset? Good for you.

swerve408

Lol you try to flex, yet get all defensive when you’re called out

Hans-Diamond

Not a flex. I would wager the majority of people don't hold any single asset in their accounts that is more or less than a "multiple of a thousand." It's a realistic critique of the app and grammatically correct. I genuinely believe you just don't understand what I said because you get all your vocabulary from MSM. Even if you were correct. You're calling people out for being poor. Cool guy

swerve408

I’m calling you out for trying to flex with non flex material. Nowhere in your illogical comment was the need to include the size of your portfolio, so don’t try to spin this on me lol

Hans-Diamond

The value of a persons money handled by Fidelity is directly correlated to the desire to have a comprehensive UI and its validity - the more money, the more important to the user. I never included the "size" of my portfolio. I mentioned the value of a typical asset that lacks proper UX. Again, this is you not having a firm grasp on vocabulary. Bye

Copy RH or Webull for sure. Webull desktop is so smooth compared to ATP.

Jerseyprophet

I am so happy I found Fidelity through this mess. It's perfect. May they enjoy the migration.
