I've tried others but prefer 888, might just be a few days till everyone from Ontario successfully moves to the new app, give it some time i think

Not for me. I attempted to verify on April 4th and finally received an email stating that I have been verified on April 9th. Today is April 13th and they still have not transferred my $5100 bankroll or $100 in gold tokens into my new account.
Because I only play tournaments, I'm worried that they aren't going to give me my money since there isn't going to be any tournament action anymore.
Basically, it looks like 888 has stolen my money. I just sent them a support que direct from the site because they have not replied to the two emails that I sent to their "support" team.
I was forced to do this as well and none of my money or tournament tickets transfered?

Oh man, I am GUTTED. I was playing 4-5 hours religiously on 888. My player pool has completely dried up. no snap tables, no cash tables. how do i put in volume now without relocating?
I had to re-verify my identification, however all of my accumulated bonuses and tournament tickets were paid out to me as bankroll to cash payment. I’d gladly give the money back if my player pool came back.
support has returned a number of messages since yesterday. they’re pretty quick for me

Anyone know how to get it to properly verify your location when playing on a PC through a wired connection? Just tells me it can't verify my location. My IP address should be good enough for that. They validated my ID pretty quick, and I can play on my phone, but only through the mobile network, ugh.
I managed to finally get the live chat to give me a person. They seemed entirely unaware that people on wired connections and home Wifi aren't able to verify geolocation. I really don't want to play using my phone on the mobile carrier's network, but that's the only option for now
All they did is get back to me saying to log into the "old app" which isn't an option it auto sends me to download the Ontario one and transfer over... which again isn't an option as it says it's not available in Ontario.. so they pretty much screwed me out off my money and tickets.
Meaning they want me to log into the old app to transfer to the Ontario app, but in no world will it let me log into the "old app" it forces me to go to the Ontario one.

888 is stealing my money. I was finally verified on Sat, April 9, 2022 but they STILL haven't put my over $5100 USD nor my $100 in gold tokens into my account.
I emailed their support twice and have not received a response.
I just sent them a message via their support service on the app. We'll see what happens.

Got my account shut down out of the blue (after I made $100 in deposits) and they told me my account was linked to other accounts that are restricted on their network. When I asked what accounts I never got a response back...it's been a day since I asked.
